Refund Policy

1. Overview

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales on BAKUVAULTS are considered final. However, we have policies in place to protect our buyers in specific situations. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion after an investigation.

2. Conditions for a Refund

A buyer may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Item Not Delivered: You made a successful payment, but the seller failed to provide the account credentials.
  • Item Significantly Not as Described: The account you received is substantially different from its description (e.g., a major rare item mentioned in the title is missing).
  • Account Reclaimed by Seller: The seller intentionally took back the account after the sale was completed. This requires strong evidence from the buyer.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse (you changed your mind after purchase).
  • The account being banned or suspended due to actions you took after receiving it.
  • Minor differences between the account and its description.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must raise a dispute from your "My Orders" page within 24 hours of purchase. Our support team will investigate the case by contacting both the buyer and the seller.
